Malcolm R. McNeill, Jr.

Malcolm R. McNeill, Jr., has received the highest “AV” peer review rating by the national independent Martindale-Hubbell rating service, indicating the highest level of professional excellence, and has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America for real estate practice. The founding partner of McNeill, Taylor & Gallo, P.A., he is a graduate of Tufts University and Boston University School of Law and has been a practicing attorney since 1971. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and all federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.
Malcolm specializes in real estate development and land use related matters, including business and real estate litigation. He has represented many municipalities as well as many national developers, such as Walmart, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, The Flatley Companies, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Developers Diversified Realty Corporation, Motiva Enterprises, and Bed, Bath & Beyond relative to complex real estate development projects throughout New Hampshire. He has also been involved in the closure and reactivation of Pease Air Force Base for civilian use. He also represents individuals and local developers on a variety of real estate, land use, and business related matters.
Malcolm is able to offer clients representation from the commencement of their projects through any level of the regulatory and judicial process. He has appeared before the New Hampshire Supreme Court more than 25 times, primarily on cases relating to land use and real estate development. He has lectured before the New Hampshire Bar Association on real estate development matters and land use matters.
Active in community affairs, Malcolm McNeill has served as President of the Dover Rotary Club, Chairman of the Dover Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Board of Trustees and an Officer of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
