Robert J. Gallo

Attorney Bob Gallo has represented the interests of individuals, insurers, manufacturers and national and international companies in complex litigation in the State and Federal Courts of New Hampshire and Maine for the past 25 years. Bob was named one of the top ten lawyers for 2008 by the American International Group.
Areas of practice concentration have been primarily products liability defense and environmental law. Defense of manufacturers and insurers have included the following sample products: motorgraders, flammable fabrics, anaerobic digesters, sheetmetal machines, nuclear power plant reheaters, toxic tort defense, international testing company (woodstoves), tobacco litigation, coal gasification litigation, and asbestos litigation.
Environmental litigation has included defense of municipalities and companies in numerous superfund and State enforcement actions throughout New Hampshire.
Bob has done insurance coverage litigation for a number of nationwide insurers in the State and Federal Courts of New Hampshire
He is admitted to the State and Federal Courts of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts (inactive).
He is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center and was admitted to practice in 1984.
