Attorney Simone D. Masse is a shareholder and director with McNeill, Taylor & Gallo, P.A., a six member law firm serving clients throughout New England with a focus in New Hampshire and Maine. Attorney Masse has been a member of the Bar of both NH and ME since 1984 with 24 years of her practice conducted in Dover, NH concentrating in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, although she also has had extensive experience in real estate transactional matters as well as a substantial practice serving individuals and corporations in general business matters. Ms. Masse is admitted to both the State and Federal courts in New Hampshire and Maine.

Attorney Masse is an active participant in the Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, was a member of the formation committee of the New Hampshire Chapter of NAELA and is a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council. She has also been involved in supporting and serving on the boards of a number of non-profit community organizations including the Wentworth-Douglass Planned Giving Advisory Council, The Board of Directors of the Piscataqua Region of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, the Association for Rollinsford Culture and History, Dover Vocational Trust, and has served in various capacities in her local church. Ms. Masse earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude from the University of New Hampshire and her J.D. degree from the University of Maine School of Law.

Attorney Masse resides with her husband in South Berwick, Maine and enjoys walking, bicycling, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
