William L. Tanguay

Attorney William L. Tanguay, a shareholder and director in the firm of McNeill, Taylor & Gallo, P.A., has over thirty years of experience. His practice focuses primarily on real estate, real estate development, land use and zoning. Attorney Tanguay has worked with both borrowers and lenders in all types of real estate based transactions. He served on the Durham Zoning Board of Adjustment for ten years, nine of these as Chairman. In addition to his work for private and institutional clients, Attorney Tanguay also represents the town of Lee, responding to a variety of questions from taxes, insurance coverage, planning and zoning matters and conservation easements. He has also represented the Town in superior court appeals from town administrative bodies.
Bill is a 1969 graduate of the University of New Hampshire and a 1976 graduate of Albany Law School. He has been admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and in the federal courts of New Hampshire since 1976.
